Job Summary

Support suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of direct materials and associated documentation, coordinating logistics through internal systems. Serve as the main point of contact for supplier execution, monitoring production plans, updating delivery metrics, and partnering with procurement, quality, engineering, and material management. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve supplier performance and compliance, manage priorities during urgencies, and contribute to vendor recovery and invoice resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage delivery of materials for assigned suppliers by monitoring the production plan and coordinating logistics until receipt in internal systems.
•Provide internal customers with supplier-plan visibility to prevent criticalities, manage priorities, and support quick response during outages and emergencies.
•Coordinate across suppliers, service fulfillment, manufacturing operations, project managers, quality, and engineering to define prevention actions and recovery plans.
•Maintain supplier execution by updating key metrics in the system and coordinating with material management for inventory management and related programs.
•Support on-time delivery of documentation, supplier surveillance and issue resolution, and collaborate on transportation planning to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics (or alternative MBA).
•Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial, with preferred oil and gas product knowledge.
•Leadership and ability to drive execution, influence internal stakeholders, and guide peers’ growth.
•Strong analytical problem identification and resolution, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex environment.
•Fluent in Italian and English, EU passport holder, proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems, and able to legally work in the country without company sponsorship or time restriction.
