Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of materials for assigned suppliers by monitoring the production plan and coordinating logistics through receiving into company systems.
  • •Provide internal visibility on supplier plans to prevent criticalities, manage priorities, and support execution during customer outages and emergencies.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams (service fulfillment, manufacturing operations, project managers, quality, and engineering) to define preventing actions and recovery plans for urgent business needs.
  • •Maintain key fulfillment metrics in the system and coordinate with Material Management for inventory management, sales plan, and programs to reduce Services ODB.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery of documentation for supplied materials and support supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or an alternative MBA.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial, with preferred knowledge of oil and gas products.
  • •Strong leadership skills to drive execution and influence internal stakeholders, guiding peers’ growth.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English, and ability to legally work in the country applied for without company sponsorship or time restriction.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex environment.
