Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure appropriate client coverage through disciplined calling, understanding client objectives, and executing optimal solutions with best-in-class client experiences.
  • •Deliver the whole bank by partnering across the firm to identify opportunities and oversee/manage deals from inception to close.
  • •Continuously build knowledge of banking products, financial markets, relevant regulations, and Real Estate business trends.
  • •Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients by identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • •Use reports, data, and systems to self-manage pipeline and sales production performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 7 years of real estate or commercial banking experience, including credit analysis/portfolio management or business development and transaction experience focused on HBCF clients.
  • •Formal Credit Training (Commercial Credit Certification, or from another bank) or commensurate underwriting experience required.
  • •Strong knowledge of banking products and services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess and deliver prospect/client needs.
  • •Proficiency using Salesforce and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
