Lead YETI’s flagship South Congress store in Austin, driving store sales, profitability, and day-to-day operations including payroll, schedules, merchandising, inventory control, and visual presentation. Create exceptional customer and brand experiences by identifying customer pursuits and delivering the WILDER service model. Coach and develop a team of brand enthusiasts, manage talent development and succession planning, and partner with Loss Prevention to mitigate loss.
