  • •Advanced expertise in thin film processing (ALD/CVD nitride/oxide), multi-layer stack design, and device integration for 3D NAND scaling.
  • •Proven ability to architect solutions, perform process-device correlation, lead multi-functional/vender collaboration, and mentor engineers.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with advanced characterization and reliability/problem-solving workflows to recover process windows without yield trade-offs.
