Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive and lead technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, complex integrations, and system architecture.
  • •Lead technical deep-dive sessions to map the DX platform into customers’ long-term engineering goals and existing workflows.
  • •Design and build tailored integrations/workflows connecting DX APIs to complex client environments and unique business requirements.
  • •Consultatively guide platform configuration by navigating customer engineering processes, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.
  • •Provide ongoing trusted advisory and capture/synthesize technical feedback to collaborate with Product and Engineering on the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Exposure to programming with Ruby/Rails or Python, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
  • •Experience with version control systems such as Git and the GitHub CLI.
  • •Familiarity with SQL (Postgres preferred) and the ability to leverage data for analytical solutioning.
  • •Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
