Key Responsibilities

  • •Support supply response planning across multiple product families and planning horizons by analyzing material, capacity, inventory, and supplier constraints.
  • •Identify supply–demand gaps and develop constrained and unconstrained supply scenarios, documenting assumptions, risks, and opportunities for S&OP/IBP cycles.
  • •Analyze forecast, build plan, inventory, capacity, and supplier performance data to generate actionable insight and conduct root-cause analysis on variances.
  • •Build executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and presentations, and develop business cases supported by quantitative analysis.
  • •Partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Management, and business units; drive planning actions, follow-up, and process improvements including automation opportunities and SAP IBP enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations, business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning, operations planning, or integrated business planning.
  • •Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • •Practical experience operating within an S&OP/IBP process.
  • •Working knowledge of manufacturing operations and supplier collaboration, including complex multi-level BOM environments.
