•Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise regulated-industry clients, partnering to deliver customer return on investment.
•Lead one or more workstreams by co-creating the solution vision, driving execution, and acquiring customer acceptance.
•Run discovery sessions, analyze requirements, and craft comprehensive solution designs aligned to desired business outcomes.
•Steward Professional Services methodology by engaging with Customer Success and Product teams and ensuring solutions are extendable and maintainable.
•Identify and manage risk, negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners, and review project/program direction and key artifacts.

•For Sr. Solution Architect: 10+ years of relevant enterprise project experience using both waterfall and agile across the full life cycle, plus 3+ years regulated industries experience.
•Extensive experience configuring and customizing on the Salesforce platform.
•Experience leading discovery sessions: define business requirements, write user stories, and produce detailed system and functional designs.
•Document business processes and design using tools such as process flow diagram tools, UML, and sequence diagrams; provide future-state recommendations.
