Early Childhood Behavior Technician

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic and in-home settings in the Ontario, OH area. Use high-energy, play-based approaches to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills, while collecting progress data and collaborating with supervising BCBAs. Partner with parents through training and consistent communication. Work flexible shifts and support an active, mission-driven clinical environment.
