Job Summary

The Customer Training Specialist designs and delivers live virtual and in-person training programs for Reveleer’s platform, focusing on clinical coding, data retrieval, and analytics. Collaborates with Onboarding, Learning & Development, Operations, and Product to create scalable materials, tailor sessions by role, and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness across healthcare customers.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate live virtual training sessions for customers across clinical coding, data retrieval, and analytics platform features, ranging from one-on-one coaching to group sessions; occasional in-person training may be required.
•Develop and update training materials (facilitator guides, job aids, quick-reference tools, knowledge assessments) with Learning & Development and Product teams.
•Tailor training content to customer team structures and workflows; provide coaching to enhance platform usage and coding accuracy.
•Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, and Operations to identify training needs and measure impact through performance data.
•Support customers post-onboarding with ongoing learning assistance and skill development, incorporating feedback to improve training outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Current or recent clinical coding certification: CPC (AAPC), RHIT, or equivalent healthcare coding certification
•Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on clinical coding experience
•Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology
•Experience facilitating engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) and developing training materials
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training tools (Zoom, LMS)
