Key Responsibilities

•Design and oversee the conception and refinement of alcoholic perfume formulations with the perfumer, based on briefs from the DCP and adhering to development processes, formulation standards, timelines and budgets
•Lead internal development of perfume concentrates and supervise technical qualification of raw materials to meet quality and regulatory requirements
•Propose coherent technical directions and ensure robustness of developments across projects
•Manage the bloc formulation phase and ensure formula release by consolidating key development data and communicating to involved teams to support on-time production launches
•Collaborate with suppliers to identify new raw materials and contribute to the innovation strategy for fragrances

Key Requirements

•Master / Bac +5 in perfumery, formulation parfums et cosmétique
•At least 10 years of successful formulation experience in perfumery
•Strong mastery of alcoholic formulations with solid physico-chemical knowledge relevant to perfumery
•Expertise in perfumery raw materials (natural and synthetic) and technical ingredients (solvents, fixatives, antioxidants)
•Strong olfactory evaluation skills with ability to analyze, qualify and monitor developments and ensure regulatory compliance
