Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 technical trainers, providing coaching and performance feedback.
•Own the end-to-end technical training strategy for electrical and low voltage technicians and drive consistent delivery across multiple locations.
•Plan and execute monthly training programs (onboarding, upskilling, refresher training, and compliance-based instruction).
•Ensure training aligns with industry standards, safety regulations (OSHA), and Black Box operational requirements; maintain current curriculum and certification records.
•Oversee training delivery and support as needed through field feedback, assessments, and performance data; travel to training sites and client locations as required.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing technical trainers or instructors in a hands-on, trade-based environment.
•Strong organizational and program management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•Confident decision-maker managing schedules, priorities, and resources across locations.
•Strong hands-on background in electrical systems and/or low voltage infrastructure.
•Deep understanding of electrical safety practices, OSHA standards, and code compliance.
