Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level commissioning oversight and direction across multiple campuses, ensuring operational alignment and strong client relations.
  • •Serve as the mechanical “Master of Discipline,” making technically complex decisions affecting readiness, test acceptance, and risk-based deviations.
  • •Own development and continuous improvement of commissioning program processes, standards, and governance across the portfolio.
  • •Support quoting activities and provide financial accuracy, bid leveling, and bid pursuit leadership; review change orders and manage vendor commercial outcomes.
  • •Manage and analyze trade partner and commissioning agent (CxA) execution, setting performance bars and driving accountability through scorecards and tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery with demonstrated ownership at campus/region/program level.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (CxA certification is a plus).
  • •Mastery of the full commissioning lifecycle (L0–L6) including documentation, testing, and governance requirements.
  • •Expertise in mechanical systems such as chilled water and heat rejection plants, liquid cooling (CDU/direct-to-chip), air-side systems, and BMS/controls integration.
  • •Commercial and contractual fluency: quoting, bid leveling, vendor scope and change order management, and program-level CxA performance management.
