•Manage and participate in complex Industrial Engineering and Operations Research projects to improve semiconductor productivity and efficiency.
•Conduct current-state assessments and design, implement, and manage Lean-based process improvement initiatives.
•Train, mentor, and coach Champions in Lean and Six Sigma tools/methodologies to deliver on project milestones.
•Perform productivity improvement studies (e.g., cycle time reduction, Gemba, output improvement) to improve asset and production process effectiveness.
•Develop continuous improvement roadmaps and oversee deployment across functions, including cost, capacity, staffing, and cycle-time models and cost of ownership (CoO) initiatives.

•Technical mastery of Lean Operations and Six Sigma tools/methodologies (DMAIC, DFSS, Lean Effective).
•A Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering; Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
