Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage contract administration by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • •Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
  • •Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes, including providing internal and external issue resolution and guidance.
  • •Establish and maintain supplier relationships as the single point of contact for contractual matters and attend site meetings to monitor progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong contract negotiation, problem-solving, and written communication to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in contract modelling software and managing contract-related documentation and records.
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet project objectives within constraints.
