Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, including baselines, critical path analysis, float consumption, and recovery planning.
  • •Prepare and control project budgets, cost plans, commitments, accruals, expenditure, and approved changes while supporting monthly forecasting and reconciliation.
  • •Integrate schedule, cost, risk, and change information using WBS/CBS and maintain integrated project controls standards and systems.
  • •Maintain project risk registers and support risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and change management so approved changes are reflected in reporting.
  • •Produce weekly and monthly dashboards/performance reports and present planning and cost performance information to project leadership teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant project controls experience with strong Planning & Scheduling and Cost Management capabilities.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, including developing and maintaining integrated project schedules.
  • •Experience preparing and maintaining project budgets, cost plans, forecasts, and performance/variance reporting.
  • •Strong understanding of project controls principles, including risk management and change control.
  • •Ability to integrate contractor schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support mitigation/recovery planning.
