Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, direct, and support others across the full range of supply chain activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
  • •Set up and deliver project supply chain processes, activities, and procedures in line with the project execution plan/schedule, contracting strategy, scope, and budgets.
  • •Develop and issue project procurement execution plans/contracting strategies and contract schedules, including application of computerized systems (Oracle, Aveva ERM).
  • •Establish and manage project status reporting (PSR), chair PSR meetings, and run expediting and materials allocation reports while notifying delays to the project manager.
  • •Establish priorities, assign workloads, review complex supply chain work, manage supplier performance with corrective actions, and implement performance management and development/succession plans for the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (ISCED Level 6) or equivalent in business studies, law, engineering, supply chain, or similar.
  • •CIPS qualification or industry equivalent.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience progressing to a senior leadership position.
  • •Experience as an EPC SCM Manager within an EPC contracting model in Kazakhstan is essential.
  • •Detailed understanding of governmental legislation for import, allocation, and traceability of equipment and materials is essential.
