Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the delivery of drilling and completion fluids services across assigned rigs and projects, ensuring contractual, procedural, and customer requirements are met.
  • •Monitor ongoing operations, support field personnel, and track service delivery performance using KPIs and reporting.
  • •Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials, working with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely availability; coordinate mobilizations/demobilizations and transitions.
  • •Maintain customer communications, support meetings and operational reviews, address concerns, and resolve service-related operational issues.
  • •Support financial and inventory activities by monitoring costs vs budgets, assisting forecasting and invoice verification, and coordinating inventory planning and asset utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •5 to 10 years of experience in DCF operations, technical services, or service delivery management.
  • •Experience with drilling fluids and completion fluids, including solids control operations (preferred).
  • •Experience working directly with drilling contractors, operators, and offshore/onshore operations.
  • •Strong understanding of drilling and completion fluid systems, plus HSE/quality management systems knowledge.
