Change Management Delivery Lead (hybrid)

Lead the design and delivery of integrated change management, project communication, and training strategies to support enterprise transformation. Partner with program leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to assess readiness needs, translate change impacts into scalable engagement and learning plans, and drive awareness, understanding, and sustained end-user adoption. Use feedback loops and adoption metrics to measure effectiveness, identify risks and resistance, and recommend mitigation actions while providing guidance through workshops and training.
