Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Japan’s customer trust efforts, including responding to security due-diligence questionnaires and leading customer audits as needed.
  • •Partner with US-based GRC, Security, Legal, Product, and other SMEs to answer Japan-specific customer questions.
  • •Identify the need for new customer-facing content, develop it, and scale it to account teams, customers, and partners.
  • •Collaborate with Box Japan and Box GRC leadership to drive common understanding and joint business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in an equivalent Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) role with strong understanding of security controls.
  • •BS degree in Business or Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
  • •Strong ability to communicate across the company and explain security, compliance, and privacy posture.
