Job Summary

Lead Japan’s customer trust efforts for security, compliance, privacy, and related trust information. Assess gaps in customer-facing content, drive development, and scale it across accounts, customers, and partners while aligning with Box Japan and GRC leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Japan’s customer trust efforts, including responding to security due-diligence questionnaires and leading customer audits as needed.
•Partner with US-based GRC, Security, Legal, Product, and other SMEs to answer Japan-specific customer questions.
•Identify the need for new customer-facing content, develop it, and scale it to account teams, customers, and partners.
•Collaborate with Box Japan and Box GRC leadership to drive common understanding and joint business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in an equivalent Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) role with strong understanding of security controls.
•BS degree in Business or Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
•Strong ability to communicate across the company and explain security, compliance, and privacy posture.
