Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Global Editorial Director to set and execute editorial priorities, stories, themes, and cultural conversations.
  • •Conceive and lead development of signature initiatives and recurring franchises across print/digital, video, and social.
  • •Drive audience growth by leading major ideas through execution and using performance insights and analytics to guide editorial strategy.
  • •Lead, develop, and elevate editorial talent by providing direction, feedback, coaching, and mentorship for editors and writers.
  • •Partner with business and revenue leaders to identify editorially appropriate opportunities and protect editorial independence and standards.

Salary: USD 111,000 - 200,000 annually
