Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key contact and trusted advisor to senior customers and business leaders on people issues.
  • •Drive and execute the People Strategy for the respective area of responsibility.
  • •Lead complex organizational design and change/transformation programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • •Develop skills, capabilities, and workforce planning; build talent pipelines and succession plans for senior leadership roles.
  • •Ensure consistent execution of core HR processes in compliance with adidas Group policy and legal/regulatory boundaries, and manage HR reporting and people trend forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • •8-10+ years of progressive experience in a multinational company, ideally with HR Management, Rewards, or Talent exposure.
  • •People management experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR partner supporting business partners and contributing to global HR tools and programs.
  • •Experience handling complex employee relations matters, including union/organizing attempts and discrimination/harassment investigations.
