•Drive strategic initiatives that change how teams operate, guiding projects from inception through implementation and change management.
•Participate in defining Fever’s AI strategy, supporting implementation and success tracking.
•Lead the complete development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems, and processes to meet strategic objectives.
•Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements and improve overall efficiency.
•Align business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures, partnering with department managers worldwide.

Key Requirements

•Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree).
•Bring 5+ years of experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting, start-up/scale-up strategy, or corporate transformation with strong ownership and accountability.
•Comfortably use AI coding tools to build and iterate on internal tools quickly.
•Have strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias toward data-based decision-making.
•Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English.
