Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver continuous excellence servicing an existing surety book and identify client/prospect needs
  • •Develop and nurture client relationships and establish relationships with the underwriting community
  • •Manage clients’ daily bonding needs (bond requests, approvals, and bonding administration activities)
  • •Lead administrative service functions including bond issuance, modifications, renewals/cancellations, invoicing, collections, and file/database management
  • •Prospect for new business, facilitate lead generation, produce revenue opportunities, and cross-sell/expand insurance programs
