Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that deliver business value and align to enterprise architectural standards.
•Lead large-scale multi-year technology programs end-to-end, delivering to success measures and milestones while escalating and mitigating risks.
•Oversee 24/7 production support for applications, including vulnerability remediation and risk management to corporate SLAs.
•Manage complex technology portfolios across several groups and technologies, including critical applications.
•Lead the engagement and execution of multiple delivery and support squads to deliver line-of-business technology deliverables while attracting and developing internal and external talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in a technology field plus 3 years of professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a technology field plus 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise application development or critical systems support.
•Advanced knowledge of enterprise application development, architecture standards, and emerging technology trends for complex business and operational needs.
•Extensive experience managing projects using agile and waterfall methods, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
•In-depth knowledge of the IBM BAW platform and underlying WebSphere technologies in a hybrid environment with modern Java and React.
•Ability to build, lead, and manage teams of analysts, PMs, engineers, developers, vendors, and scrum masters while driving delivery excellence.
