Key Responsibilities

  • •Own action-item tracking across every meeting, assign owners, chase status, close items, and escalate anything that stalls.
  • •Maintain the risk register for each site, log new findings with owners and next steps, and follow up until items are closed.
  • •Manage meetings by building and distributing agendas and issuing same-day recaps and minutes.
  • •Track deliverables due from consultants and developers and ensure items are chased before they are late.
  • •Backstop each deal by participating in deal calls, knowing open issues and risks, drafting first-pass client reports and status updates, and progressively taking ownership of workstreams or lower-complexity sites.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Program or project coordination experience, with comfort operating in a fast-moving, low-information environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to represent the account to clients and developer counterparties.
  • •Enough command of program tracking and risk management to organize a portfolio without oversight and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • •Comfort learning what a data center is and how it is built, including power, cooling, and long lead equipment; ability to understand and follow site HSSE policies.
