Job Summary

Own finance planning, actuals, closing, and reporting for a principal legal entity within SolCo (Animal Nutrition & Health). Serve as a key partner to the Finance Business Partner and budget holders for budgeting and forecasting, while managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring statutory and group financial accuracy. Oversee product costing, variances, inventories, CAPEX, and allocation cycles in SAP, coordinating journal entries with Financial Shared Services and supporting internal control remediation.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure delivery and execution of finance planning, actuals, closing, and reporting for the legal entity.
•Act as point of contact for the Finance Business Partner and support budgeting and forecasting with budget holders.
•Manage balance sheet reconciliation and ensure group and statutory financials are accurate and complete.
•Ensure agreed closing services and other deliverables from Financial Shared Services (FSS) are delivered to standard.
•Own analyses for product costing, variances, manufacturing performance, inventories, CAPEX, allocation cycles in SAP, and provide Journal Entry content plus internal control evidence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•MSc or BSc in Accounting/Financial Controlling, and/or a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
•Strong written and oral communication skills in English (and preferably German).
•In-depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes.
•SAP experience.
•Analytical skills using digital tooling, plus strong stakeholder management.
