Serve as the client’s technical representative for façade design, engineering, and delivery—ensuring systems meet design intent, performance, quality, cost, and program objectives. Lead façade design oversight, technical reviews, and coordination across disciplines. Manage consultants and contractors, review shop drawings, and oversee fabrication and installation. Oversee construction delivery and procurement phases, while ensuring QA, compliance, performance testing, and effective risk and value engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the client’s technical representative for all façade design, engineering, and delivery activities, safeguarding cost and risk.
•Lead façade design oversight, technical reviews, and coordination across disciplines and interfaces.
•Manage consultants and contractors, including review of shop drawings, fabrication, and installation.
•Oversee construction delivery, programme, and package-based procurement phases.
•Ensure quality assurance, compliance with standards, performance testing, and manage risk and value engineering.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering (postgraduate façade engineering is an advantage).
•5–7 years of relevant experience with GCC or large-scale mixed-use development.
•Chartered status with a relevant professional body preferred.
•Accreditations such as CWCT, LEED, or BREEAM are advantageous.
