Provide warm, confident customer service as a stylist at a Kate Spade retail location. Engage guests with strong product knowledge, listen to customer needs, deliver styling advice and complete looks, and guide purchases through a smooth checkout experience. Drive results through storytelling and brand/product expertise, maintain operational excellence (including stockroom organization and POS transactions), and contribute to a team environment with continuous feedback and improvement.
