Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery pod. Collaborate with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready components from day one, spanning full-stack deployment, prompt/tool design, and integration with customer systems. Build data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks; ship performance dashboards and KPI reporting; and accelerate proofs of concept and MVPs in days while feeding field insights back to product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations in production environments.
•Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform and LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployed, validated, and observable production outcomes.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, then model, ship, and validate outputs.
•Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
•Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns to design solutions, not just consume them.
