Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience in crop insurance and claims adjusting.
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
  • •Reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • •Ability to perform physical fieldwork: walk up to 3 miles in agricultural fields, climb bins up to 25 feet, and lift 25–50 lbs.
  • •Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
