Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver AI-powered products that change how associates work and how customers interact.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components such as foundation model training and LLM inference.
  • •Implement similarity search, guardrails, model evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability for AI systems.
  • •Use open source and SaaS AI technologies including AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Develop and introduce LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput for production AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 244,700 - 279,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus 8+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s degree plus 6+ years.
  • •8+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • •Ability to architect, design, develop, integrate, deliver, and support complex AI systems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders up to VP level.
