Key Responsibilities

•Own the entire product lifecycle, from writing product requirements to deploying production-grade solutions.
•Design and construct a bespoke agentic Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and co-pilot ecosystem.
•Guide, orchestrate, and validate the output of AI agents to transform code into high-quality deliverables.
•Maintain a knowledge base (e.g., claude.md files) as the source of truth to keep agentic tools aligned.
•Continuously refine and tune agentic workflows to enforce an uncompromising standard for architectural excellence.

Key Requirements

•Architect-level, full-stack engineering expertise with confidence to autonomously build complex, mission-critical features from zero to one.
•Hands-on experience using advanced AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to generate, test, and rapidly iterate on code.
•Ability to decompose a request into a robust, executable workflow that AI agents can reliably execute.
•Strong prompt engineering skills, including crafting effective prompts and defining explicit guiding rules for AI tools.
•Experience architecting automated testing and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for agent-assisted and AI-generated workflows.
