Key Responsibilities

•Apply high-level structural and civil engineering techniques across project phases (concept to operation) to identify improvements.
•Conduct site investigations to ensure conformance with rules, standards, and permits.
•Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; coordinate with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
•Manage design, construction, rehabilitation, and remediation of infrastructure projects ensuring durability and safety.
•Oversee cross-functional teams to execute project work, manage budgets, hours, and compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or closely related)
•7 to 10 years of post-education engineering experience with prior structural or civil design experience
•Registered Professional Engineer in New York State or eligible via reciprocity
•Proficient with structural engineering principles, practices, and design/build processes
•Knowledge of infrastructure planning, design, and construction management; rehabilitation, new design, and construction projects
