Head Waiter (QA)

Oversee front-of-house operations to deliver a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. Lead and supervise waitstaff, assign duties, train new team members, and manage service standards. Coordinate seating, reservations, and work schedules, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure dining areas remain clean and presentable. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for accurate, timely food and drink delivery, including cash handling and basic administrative reporting.
