Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Huntington Bank facilities in assigned counties, serving as an on-call emergency responder with mandatory overtime when required.
  • •Plan and execute maintenance work including construction, relocation, and remodeling across properties.
  • •Operate the facilities management work order system, complete training, and maintain required in-person/online documentation.
  • •Perform and oversee facility repairs and preventative tasks, including HVAC filter changes and repairs related to lighting, plumbing, electrical, and interior/exterior maintenance.
  • •Coordinate with Functional Coordinator, Facilities Manager II, and Regional Facilities Manager; verify vendor performance and pricing and complete quarterly visits and annual site assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license.
  • •3+ years of facilities management experience.
  • •Experience creating and/or maintaining budgets for facility repairs and reviewing vendor proposals.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • •Computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with facilities management software.
