Key Responsibilities

•Own Organic as a Revenue Channel: Build and execute a strategy that makes organic a predictable, measurable contributor to pipeline. Define targets, roadmaps, and report on progress across blog, SEO, social, webinars, and newsletters.
•Lead SEO + AEO: Manage keyword strategy, content architecture, on-page and off-page SEO, and AI Engine Optimization for ranking in AI-generated answers.
•Oversee Content Strategy and Execution: Set editorial standards and manage the content calendar across blog, SEO, and social; guide and edit content.
•Drive Conversion and Channel Alignment: Collaborate with CRO and paid media to optimize conversions and ensure content aligns with landing page messaging and funnel goals.
•Implement AI-Powered Workflows: Utilize AI tools daily, build efficient workflows, evaluate new tools, and raise team output.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 3,000 - 3,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years in content marketing
•At least 2 years in a senior role
•Deep SEO and AEO expertise with hands-on experience
•Proven track record growing organic traffic into a pipeline in a B2B or SaaS context
•Experience owning and growing multiple organic channels end-to-end
