Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute procurement activities, including working with stakeholders and suppliers to identify cost-effective options.
  • •Develop and improve supply chain processes and policies, and optimize the supply chain management cycle in an ERP system.
  • •Perform supplier due diligence and manage vendor/supplier selection based on price, quality, support, capacity, and reliability.
  • •Draft, maintain, and negotiate contracts and agreements (including NDA/MoU/Agreement), ensuring obligations are met.
  • •Handle tender processes and contract risk management, including bid meetings, evaluating proposals, and maintaining centralized risk records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in legal, procurement, business, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • •Certification in Contract Management is preferred.
  • •Experience managing contracts and agreements, including terms and conditions.
  • •Experience related to supply chain and procurement matters.
  • •Substantial supply chain management experience in a relevant environment.
