•Manage and direct branch operations to ensure smooth operation and adherence to policies and procedures.
•Supervise and schedule staff; conduct meetings and lead staff performance, training, and development.
•Provide and uphold exceptional customer service standards; resolve customer issues and maintain security and confidentiality.
•Contribute to loan and deposit growth by originating consumer loan applications, cross-selling, and opening/assisting with IRAs as needed.
•Oversee operational excellence, including audit compliance, cash balancing, vault transactions, overdrawn account collection, and compliance with laws/regulations including BSA/anti-money laundering.
