Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day project management for concept studies, detailed design, and construction drawings.
  • •Liaise with UK offices and assist with fee proposals and financial control when acting as package project manager.
  • •Ensure delivery of projects to budget, program, and technical standards while meeting QA, CDM, Sustainability, and HSE requirements.
  • •Direct line management, mentoring, and managing early career professionals to ensure technical excellence.
  • •Support planning and designs for highways/roads, public realm, storm drainage, foul water networks, SUDS, below-ground building drainage, earthworks, and utilities coordination/diversion.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in drainage design (foul and surface water) on infrastructure projects, including urban drainage, roads/highways, and residential.
  • •Knowledge of relevant design codes such as Water UK Sewerage Sector Guidance, Design Manual for Roads & Bridges, Manual for Streets, Local Authority Design Guidance, and SuDS Manual.
  • •Ability to produce infrastructure masterplans, site appraisals, technical reports, design calculations, and construction drawings.
  • •Experience with or ability to direct and check use of relevant software including Micro Drainage, Info Drainage, and Civils 3D.
  • •Experience with Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) and strong communication, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
