Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, scope of work, specifications, and drawings.
  • •Develop and review system design drawings and schematics, collaborating to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • •Program Honeywell controllers for fire alarm, security, access controls, PAVA, and BMS, performing debugging and troubleshooting as needed.
  • •Supervise cabling and equipment installation and lead testing and commissioning, documenting results and ensuring performance specifications before handover.
  • •Oversee system integration across platforms, coordinate third-party compatibility, and communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering within ELV systems.
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of Honeywell systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, card access, PAVA, and BMS.
  • •Proficiency in controller programming and system integration.
  • •Excellent English communication and organizational/leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
