Job Summary

Provide front-line customer service and sales by opening/closing and maintaining accounts, performing account maintenance, and profiling customers for new sales and cross-sell opportunities. Support branch customer service ratings through excellent service and proactive outreach by phone or email. Perform Teller cross-training for basic transactions as needed and maintain operational accuracy and compliance across required banking records and annual training.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales and service goals by profiling customers, building relationships, using sales/customer service software, and participating in sales campaigns.
•Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to policies and procedures.
•Advise customers using knowledge of products/services and begin applying knowledge to more complex retail products such as IRAs and loans.
•Cross-train as a Teller when needed to handle basic transactions (checks, deposits, withdrawals) and balance the drawer.
•Maintain operational accuracy and compliance (e.g., records, TD Ops, BSA/Fraud/CTR’s, BAI, signature cards, CIP, beneficial ownership) and complete annual training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and related experience: 1 year (Level 1), 2 years (Level 2), or 3+ years (Level 3).
•Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
•Must work onsite to perform the responsibilities of this position.
•Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional communication.
•Maintain compliance with bank rules and regulations, including satisfactory completion of annual training.
