Own and scale the email marketing program for a fast-growing online social sweepstakes casino platform. Manage end-to-end strategy and daily/weekly promo execution in Customer.io, including segmentation across lifecycle, VIP tiers, and deposit status. Grow and maintain a 10M+ contact email database with deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance. Run weekly performance reviews, hypothesis-driven A/B testing, and coordinate email alignment with CRM, SMS, push, design, and community.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution.
•Manage daily/weekly promo planning and ensure reliable email broadcasting with zero downtime.
•Grow the email database toward 10M+ contacts, handling acquisition, deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance.
•Build and maintain deep audience segmentation and launch daily broadcast campaigns across the segmented database.
•Continuously improve conversion by analyzing performance, running A/B tests, and coordinating email with pushes, SMS, and other channels.
