Key Responsibilities

•Maintain specifications and technical data package for production and development program
•Develop new employees to become effective systems engineers
•Work closely with industry partners on engineering projects including, but not limited to, performance studies and hardware obsolescence updates
•Work closely with customer community on project status including, but not limited to, development and study analysis work
•Manage a cross functional team over multiple projects and be responsible for project budgets as needed

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience.
•Experience in Systems Engineering in one or more of the following areas: Developing & Refining CONOPS, System Architecture, System Requirement, Requirements Verification Strategies & Plans
•Experience managing, completing, and/or coordinating program contract deliverables
•Experience with developing system requirements specifications and/or requirements management processes
•Verification and/or Qualification testing experience
