Job Summary

Join Exabeam as a Sales Engineer to provide deep technical credibility throughout the sales cycle—from opportunity identification and discovery to demos, POCs, and scoping. You’ll assess customer security needs, translate them into technical requirements, and help design solution architecture and strategy. Represent Exabeam at industry and customer events, support solution training and partner enablement, and communicate effectively with both C-level and advanced technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with sales executives throughout the sales cycle (opportunity identification, meetings, product demonstrations, POCs, and scoping).
•Assess customer needs and environments, identifying technical criteria/requirements and decision drivers.
•Provide expertise on solution architecture design, strategy, and planning.
•Support solution training and partner engagement/enablement.
•Represent Exabeam’s solution at industry or customer events, including live presentations and remote webinars.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on knowledge of security products and technologies (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM/log management, network/endpoint security, incident response).
•Some software development and/or scripting experience (e.g., regex, Python) and ability to work at the command line.
•Understanding of SOC environments and threat detection, investigation, and response.
•Working knowledge of routing principles, networking architecture, protocols, and services.
•5+ years selling support in the information security space, ideally SIEM experience; fluency in English and a BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
