Key Responsibilities

•Responsible to Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager
•Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed including appropriate shoes and nametag at all times according to the hotel dress code and grooming standards
•Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times
•Perform all duties and tasks as per outlet requirements
•Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel and have thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items; explain and upsell items offering alternatives
•Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage; keep work area clean and organized
•Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet; handle guest inquiries politely and report feedback to supervisors
•Be proficient with the existing POS system as trained
•Adhere to hotel policies including fire, hygiene, health & safety; maintain good relations with staff and attend trainings

Key Requirements

•Must be able to provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
•Have thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered by the department and upsell where possible.
•Be knowledgeable of services and products offered by the hotel and operate the outlet according to established procedures.
•Maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and comply with dress code and Kempinski grooming standards.
•Attend staff meetings and departmental trainings as scheduled.
