Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily shift operations comply with HSE regulations and support the Goal Zero target.
  • •Oversee production line operations by maintaining equipment, managing assigned manpower, and controlling the Production Department to meet quality, quantity, and delivery needs.
  • •Execute process orders, verify adherence to SOPs, and complete grade line tasks according to PPDS for on-time finished goods delivery.
  • •Follow process parameters to produce defect-free product and support reduction of scrap, off-spec, changeover time, and downtime to maintain throughput.
  • •Maintain required documentation (daily shift reports), housekeeping, packaging/labeling of finished goods, and support cross-functional teams to improve productivity and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Plastic Technology or Plastic Processing & Testing (or ITI in Plastic Processing Operator) from a reputed institution.
  • •Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience (Diploma) or 5 to 7 years (ITI) in the plastics industry, preferably in color masterbatch and compounding.
  • •Knowledge of extruder operations, troubleshooting, and basic testing on plastic processing.
  • •Awareness of color corrections and adjustments, with hands-on feeders operations and corrections.
  • •Proficiency operating loss-in-weight feeders (Ktron/Brabender), high-speed mixers, palletization techniques, vacuum pumps, utilities, and DCS.
