Own mold engineering execution for VF’s global footwear brands across development, commercialization, and production. Lead mold design from concept to production release using a design-for-quality approach, partnering with brand development, sourcing, quality, and materials teams. Collaborate with tooling vendors and factories on manufacturability, cost, lead time, and sustainability, and run mold trials, testing, and validation while providing technical thought partnership to senior stakeholders.
