Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general labor responsibilities to support cotton gin operations promptly and efficiently.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery; control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Conduct and record daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks, including inspections for leaks and proper lubrication of equipment.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform grounds/warehouse upkeep, report safety concerns and customer complaints to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet the minimum age requirement.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
  • •CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
