Job Summary

Join the ASML Customer Support team as an EUV Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer in Hsinchu. You will install and upgrade ASML systems at customer sites, perform hardware setup, provide on-site technical support, train users, and help optimize processes. You’ll mentor less experienced engineers and collaborate across the CS organization to ensure smooth deployments and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform installation of equipment at customer locations, including assembly, alignment and testing
•Execute hardware upgrades and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages following an up-to-date plan
•Analyze problems using available information, gather diagnostic data, and decide on initial approach to resolution
•Provide training and guidance to customers on device operation and routine maintenance
•Coach and support less experienced engineers on initial tasks and share knowledge within the group

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
•Experience in the technical industry, semiconductor industry preferred
•Flexibility to accommodate various work settings, locations and collaboration with different colleagues
•Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
•Experience as an UIR Engineer or similar technical role is required/preferred
