Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of participants, guiding them through the full Restart journey from engagement to sustained employment.
  • •Deliver one-to-one coaching, needs assessments, and tailored action plans to address barriers to work.
  • •Provide practical employability support including CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and job search techniques.
  • •Build strong, trust-based relationships with participants and motivate them to achieve their goals.
  • •Work with employers and internal teams to match participants to suitable roles, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 30,000 annually
